2020-02 Another group completes Mainstream

Feb 2020 – Our current Intermediate group have finally reached the end of the Mainstream program. Four of them will now be joining our Mainstream group and the remainder will continue in the Intermediate group to consolidate.

2019-12 Xmas Breakup
And so 2019 comes to an end. Here’s some images and video of our Xmas dinner and dance held on 16 Dec 2019. Fully catered roast by Cheryl’s Kitchen and a dance with all our Mon night groups – Learners, Intermediates and Mainstream.

2019-11 German visitors
We had the pleasure of welcoming two visitors from Germany – Ulrich and Anne Brandt who come from northern Germany near Hanover. Ulrich is also a caller of some 38 years experience and we had an opportunity to dance to him. Square Dancing does make this a small world!
2019-10 Hallowe’en Dance
Our annual Hallowe’en Dance – a great crowd in interesting costumes, great food and a full program of Hallowe’en themed music. Thanks to all who helped set up and to all who came.
2019-10 Chris & Bev’s Golden anniversary
Chris and Bev recently celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary and we helped them enjoy the moment at our Monday MS club. Wonderful that for half that time (25 years), they have been members of our club!
2019-09 34th Birthday – Roaring 20s
We celebrated 34 years at our Birthday on 21st September 2019 with a Roaring 20s theme. Great decorations, costumes and a bountiful supper all made for a memorable evening. Thanks to visitng dancers and caller Les, Ian, John and Scotty.

Another “2nd Wednesday” dinner – this time at Zapata’s Mexican Restaurant at North Adelaide. Great food and great company!!

Our annual celebration of Fathers Day with a blue theme and a huge supper of savouries and sweets. The Fatherly theme carried through in the decorations (artist = Diana).
