2012 August 6th – Pancake Night

As August comes around we once again indulge the inner desires of our gastonomic needs and put on our annual Pancake night.

The “Pancake King” was again summoned to perform his unique craft and entertain the masses. With the smell of cooking crepes and shrieks of success as our dancers successfully caught the tossed delights hot off the hotplate, it was a fun atmosphere. 2010 October 18 – More life memberships awarded

10 year - Les Whyte, Elaine Bungey, Bill Carson and 20 year (gold) - David Robb

Not all new life members were able to make it to the 25th Birthday so we’re catching up with them as they come to the club.

On Oct 18th we presented 10 year (life) membership to Les Whyte, Elaine Bungey and Bill Carson. Also a 20 year (gold) membership to David Robb. Congratulations to you all!! We appreciate you aupport over the years.

2010 June 12 – Graham receives Silver Microphone award

At the 51st National Convention, Graham’s 25 years of club calling was recognised by the Australian Callers Federation (ACF) in the form of a “Silver Microphone Award”. A certificate and lapel pin mark 25 years of service to the “trade” and this was presented on the Saturday night of the Convention by the ACF Chairman at the time – Jeff van Sambeek.

In this same year, Callerlab, the international association of square dance callers awarded Graham the “Quarter Century Club” award for those 25 years of service.

Makes one feel a little old don’t it?
