HALLOWE’EN – As many clubs do, we held a Hallowe’en theme night last Mon 29th Oct. Learners, intermediates and Mainstreamers alike dressed the part and enjoyed the decorations, music and the food – oh yes, the food!
We had the pleasure of welcoming a caller from New Zealand who was here on a work trip in October.
John Reynolds calls in Auckland and we enjoyed his calling at our Monday Mainstream club.
We turned 33! A real fun night as we celebrated our 33rd Birthday with a Rock’n’Roll theme. Thanks so much to the helpers who decorated and ran the catering and to the visiting callers – Les, Ian and John. Rock and Roll music, decorations and outfits kept the place buzzing.

This is the final night of new intakes and from here we progressed through the Mainstream movements list.

A really pretty routine involving stars, crossed ocean waves and grand right and left. Well done to our patient and enthusiastic group. This is only 1/4 of the routine – but it gives an idea.
Our annual celebration of Mothers’ Day. Many dressed in pink and we did enjoy a hearty chocolate supper. Thanks to all who joined us.
Colours abound and the aroma of hot cross buns drives us to distraction!
It’s our annual Easter dance and a lovely atmosphere with all our dancers – learners, intermediates and mainstream – all joining in a celebration of the Easter weekend.
The hall looked great with some “Eggs-cellent” posters (by Graham).
